1)AFRICAN PENGUINs of South Africa ,head to head creating a beautiful heart shape picture , majestic stance as these 2 pose for the camera man, amazing creatures residents of our waters ,

These AKa Black-footed penguins also known as the jackass penguins have a distinct single black line running across the front sides of their bodies and Black feet. They mainly found around Eastern Cape areas and Namibia only , around 10400 pairs left around South Africa and 4300 around Namibia. Making them the native South African penguins.

The Southern Right Whale roams the big oceans in masses , famously seen during our winters along the eastern shorelines. These whales were given the name Right whales because of the whaling in the 1800s around australia has taken the toll on them for their meat and high oil content making it the right whale .  Every year Hermanus gets visitors of these southern right whales coming to mate and give birth in the shallow waters around the coastline.  

These dolphins known for their intelligence and playfulness roam our warm waters around the eastern shorelines, spotted frequently in the Kwazulu Natal regions of South Africa they come to play in our strong and huge waves. These dolphins also famously known for mimicking sounds of other sea creatures, and also making special whistles to communicate with other dolphins in their pods.

 Cape Fur Seal commonly found around the V&A water front in Cape Town , playing and eating in front of tourist all day , these Seals are native to South African shorelines being the only Seals you will see in and around our waters.  They are the larger type of seals from the other seal lines , specifically they spend a lot of time on land and these eared seals bodies are built differently from true seals , making them special to our history of the oceans. 

5)Great White Shark , on its natural habitat of the Cold waters surrounding the western part of South Africa , these Great White Shark are famous for hanging around the cape coastlines and are spotted daily . These Areas were once known as as the White shark capital of the world but now these species are slowly disappearing from False bay and Gaansbai areas.
